Sandra Steingraber has taken an amazing journey to crusade for the environment, leading to a ban on fracking in New York. Read about her accomplishments as she prepared to discuss her life’s work on toxic chemicals at a gala for the wildlife protection organization WildEarth Guardians in Santa Fe on Friday.

 

Colorado State University held its 15th annual Diversity Symposium last Thursday, hosting Rinku Sen as the keynote speaker. She “focused on strategic framework for advancing racial justice by discussing emotional skills, equity, equality and intent vs. impact.” Check out what collegian.com had to say about her encouraging speech and conversation.
